PhoneMe Store offers this website to you on the condition that you accept these terms, conditions and notices, together with any additional terms that apply to a particular page or section of the site.
2. Overview
By using this website you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to any other terms, guidelines or rules that apply to parts of the site. Please read them carefully. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or buy from it.
3. Changes to the site and these terms
We may change, update or discontinue these terms, the site, its content, products and prices at any time. Prices can change from time to time. If a product or price is shown in error, we may cancel the order — we’ll tell you and refund anything you paid. The terms shown when you place an order apply to that order.
4. Copyright and trademarks
This site is owned and operated by PhoneMe Store. Unless stated otherwise, all content on it — text, photos, graphics, logos and the names PhoneMe, FlexGlass, Gel-Armor and Private-Eye — belongs to PhoneMe Store and is protected by the copyright laws of Indonesia and other applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or distribute it in any form without our prior written permission.
5. Your account
You can buy as a guest or create an account. If you create one, please give accurate, current information and keep your password confidential — you’re responsible for activity under your account. Don’t share your account, misrepresent your identity or impersonate anyone else.
6. Electronic communications
We send you emails and/or WhatsApp messages about your orders (confirmation, shipping, guarantee claims). We only send offers and promotions if you’ve agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time (for WhatsApp, reply STOP).
7. Our products and how we describe them
We sell screen protectors — FlexGlass, Gel-Armor and Private-Eye — precision-cut to order for the phone model you choose, and custom cuts for other devices arranged via WhatsApp. We try to show products as accurately as possible, but photos are illustrations: colours on your screen may differ, and the protector is cut to your model’s shape.
Private-Eye and fingerprint unlock: Private-Eye works with ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensors, but not with optical in-display sensors. For phones with an optical sensor, fingerprint unlock may not work with Private-Eye; the shop shows this before you order.
8. Ordering and payment
- Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Shipping is calculated at checkout from the courier you choose.
- Please check your phone model and delivery address before paying — we cut to the model you select. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.
- Payments are processed by Midtrans, a licensed Indonesian payment provider. You can pay by QRIS (scan with OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, GoPay or your mobile banking app), GoPay, or bank virtual account; the methods available are shown at checkout. We never see or store your banking details.
9. Shipping and risk of loss
We ship within Indonesia with the couriers offered at checkout. Each protector is cut to order and handed to the courier when it’s ready; the courier’s estimated delivery time is shown at checkout, and tracking details are sent once your parcel ships. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days of the expected delivery date — we’ll follow up with the courier and send a replacement or refund your order.
10. Guarantees, returns and refunds
Every protector comes with our Precision Guarantee (a wrong cut gets a corrected one sent free) and Installation Guarantee (the material is replaced once; you pay shipping). Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Because each protector is cut to order, we don’t accept returns for change of mind. 11. Vouchers
Guarantee-registration vouchers give Rp20.000 off + up to Rp20.000 off shipping on your first website order (min. spend Rp75.000). One voucher per WhatsApp number, valid 12 months; they can’t be exchanged for cash and are only used up when the order is paid.
12. Privacy
We only use your personal information to process and support your orders and as described in our Privacy Policy. We don’t sell your data to anyone.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold PhoneMe Store harmless from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of this site or your breach of these terms.
14. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we can’t guarantee it is always complete or up to date. A screen protector reduces the risk of scratches and screen damage but can’t prevent all damage. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Indonesian consumer protection law.
15. Applicable law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws in force in the Republic of Indonesia.
