What we collect
- When you order: name, phone number, email, delivery address, your phone model and what you bought.
- If you create an account: name, email and a password (stored encrypted — we can’t read it).
- When you register a guarantee: name, WhatsApp number, email, delivery address (to send a corrected or replacement protector), phone model, product, where you bought it and (optionally) the marketplace order number.
- Marketing consent: only if you tick the box. We record when you agreed and the exact text you agreed to. You can reply STOP on WhatsApp anytime.
- On this website: a login cookie (if you sign in), your cart (stored in your browser), and for 30 days the campaign tag of the link that brought you here (e.g. a package card), so we know which channels work.
We don’t receive or store your card or banking details — payments are handled by Midtrans.
Why we use it
- To make, ship and support your order, and to handle guarantee claims.
- To send order and shipping updates.
- To send offers on WhatsApp — only with your consent.
- To keep the accounting and tax records Indonesian law requires.
Who we share it with
- Midtrans (payments) and Biteship with its partner couriers (shipping: name, phone, address).
- Service providers that run the website for us: hosting and database (Railway, servers in Singapore), email delivery, Google Maps (the map on our contact page), and Telegram for internal team alerts (only the name, city and product of a new guarantee registration). Your data may therefore be processed outside Indonesia, with safeguards in line with UU PDP.
- We don’t sell your data.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept as long as Indonesian tax and accounting law requires. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it. Other data is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.
